have been created, and during the Education Phase the necessary skills needed for
job availabilities will have been developed. Following skills development, individuals are
ready for employment. We take this a step further, taking individuals beyond employment;
guiding them in creating and launching their own businesses. MRT will provide fully
integrated Enterprise & Supplier Development solutions through the New Venture
Creation Programme which guides venture candidates throughout their business
development. These new businesses not only contributes to reducing unemployment,
but also fosters self-suffi ciency, breaking the cycle of learned helplessness.

Our approach for implementing the New Venture Creation Programme to support new and
existing businesses involves five major steps:
- Venture Candidate On-boarding
- Identification of Supply Demand in the Local Market
- Creation of Small Business Development Ecosystem and Conducting Startup Training
- Post-Training Mentoring and Follow-up System
- Monitoring and Evaluation
