Set Model Phase 6
At the start of the SET process, MRT sets specific outcome objectives and implements a comprehensive Monitoring & Evaluation process to identify key metrics,
measure ongoing impact, and outline the assessment methodology.
Upon project completion, MRT submits a formal Impact Report detailing the quantitative and qualitative impact achieved,
which can be used by the Client to showcase results to stakeholders.
Step 6: Impact Assesment and reporting
The Assessment Methodology will make use of both qualitative and quantitative assessment methods
to retrieve the data needed to create the Impact Report.
The Impact Report
- Use graphs and charts to show impact
- Depict sustainable outcomes
- Recommendations on project impact and sustainability, how it can be replicated or scaled
